Axelle, co-founder and CEO, teaches leadership at Brown University and Harvard. She has extensive experience as an organizational and political consultant and as an executive coach.
She received her MPA from Harvard, her MA from Sciences Po in Political Sociology, and is trained in Adaptive Leadership, Group Dynamics and Adult Development.

He is an advisor to various governments, international organizations and non-profits in the US and across the globe.

He has been a consultant with various cities and school districts in the United States for many years.
He has worked at the Center of school model redesign in the U.S. for nearly two decades. He holds an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School.

Camille focuses on elevating LLI's presence and impact through strategic partnerships. Drawing on her experience gained at INSEAD and Ace Up, she is a recognized expert in designing custom made experiences that lead to effective organizational transformation and has helped many organizations design, implement, and scale strategic leadership development solutions to reach their goals. She holds a Master's degree in Business & Communication from IDRAC Business School.
Camille Vilette
Ammar is an expert on public policy and the use of data for the promotion of innovation and social and economic development.
He received his PhD in Public Policy from George Mason University and was the Research Director of Harvard's Evidence for Policy Design.
He currently teaches at the William & Mary College.

Dr. Noah Heller
Rosette is a Lecturer on Education at Harvard University. She is expert in education and focuses her work on group relations and power dynamics, as well as the teacher development. Her unique approach to training challenges people to think about ethical dilemmas at work.
A Doctoral Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she is also a member of the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems (AKRI).

Ashveena is a Lecturer at St.Jude Children’s Hospital, USA, and an Adaptive Leadership consultant with 15+ years of experience in public policy, global health, and financial management. She equips professionals with innovative tools to adapt to changing needs and environment while enhancing their own leadership qualities. She holds degrees from Harvard, ENA, Paris and the Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement, Geneva.

Nikola is a Lecturer at Georgetown University and an expert in leadership development, strategy, and change management with work experience in the government, social, and private sectors.
He has co-founded and led several NGOs and various community organizing campaigns in Europe and the US. He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Rosi Greenberg
John-Michael is an artist, advisor and systems change coach & consultant. He began his career as a ballet dancer, became a nonprofit executive director and then a business school lecturer at Chicago Booth. Through these different careers he gained a unique insight into creative processes and developed the ability to transfer it across disciplines and domains. He is the founder of JMS & Company, was a 2019 USA Eisenhower Fellow and holds an MPA from Harvard.

Jais has spent 10+ years facilitating experiential and outdoor leadership programming. He combines this experience with a background in theater to develop innovative workshops and educational environments. He holds a Masters in Education from Harvard and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Rob Delaleu is a seasoned leader in human resources management and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has held leadership roles in K-12, higher education, and corporate sectors. Beside his role as advisor to various organizations and his pro bono work in many contexts, Rob has an extensive coaching history in basketball at both collegiate and high school levels, where his coaching philosophy combines intellectual, physical, and emotional rigor.
